1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver the course. This includes:
- Contact details you submit through our enquiry, contact, or checkout forms: name, email address, phone number, and country.
- Enrolment and billing details needed to process a purchase and create your LMS account: name, email, billing address (line 1, city, postal code), and country.
- Payment information is entered directly into our payment processor Telr's secure card form. Full card numbers, CVV, and expiry dates are never transmitted to or stored on our servers — see Section 4.
- Technical data such as IP address, approximate location (country/city, derived from IP), browser type, and device information, collected automatically for fraud prevention and to keep the site secure.
- Communications you send us by email, WhatsApp, or contact form, including their content, so we can respond and keep a record of the enquiry.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data described above to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide guidance on CCP® eligibility, pricing, and enrolment.
- Process payments and confirm your enrolment in CCP Complete Self-Paced Preparation.
- Create and manage your account on our Learning Management System (LMS) and send login/access details.

All card payments are processed by Telr, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Card details are entered directly into Telr's secure, encrypted form (rendered in an embedded frame on our checkout page) and are transmitted directly to Telr — they never pass through or get stored on our servers. We only receive a payment confirmation, a transaction reference, and the billing details you provided (name, email, address) to reconcile the order and create your enrolment record. Telr's own handling of your card data is governed by Telr's privacy policy.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website uses only essential, first-party cookies and browser storage required for the site to function — for example, to remember that you've already seen our enquiry popup during your current session. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, strictly to deliver our service:
- Telr — to process your payment (see Section 4).
- Our Learning Management System provider — to create and manage your course access at https://www.3foldlearn.com/.

11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for working professionals aged 18 and over pursuing the CCP® certification. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
